Professional timing equipment
Regulation is conducted across multiple positions using horological-grade timing instruments. Rate performance is observed over several days before collection.
Horological-grade materials
Ultrasonic cleaning uses purpose-formulated horological solvents, and lubrication is applied with calibre-specific oils matched to the movement's design.
Owner-confirmed decisions
Before any significant step — particularly refinishing or part replacement — we confirm your preference. Nothing proceeds without your knowledge.
Manufacturer-sourced parts
Where replacement components are needed, we source through manufacturer supply channels where available, supporting long-term calibre integrity.

How long does a service take?
The Service & Regulation Programme typically spans three to five weeks. The Comprehensive Programme runs eight to twelve weeks depending on calibre complexity and parts availability. We communicate expected timelines at intake and update you if anything changes.
Do I need to make an appointment to drop off my watch?

What watch brands do you service?
We work across a broad range of Swiss and Japanese mechanical calibres — including movements from ETA, Sellita, Miyota, and various in-house manufacture movements. Please contact us with your watch's details and we'll advise on suitability.
Will my watch be refinished as part of the service?
Refinishing is always discussed with the owner before execution. Many collectors prefer to preserve original surface wear, and we respect that completely. You choose the approach; we carry it out accordingly.
What are the indicative pricing ranges?
Our Service & Regulation Programme starts from MYR 950, Bracelet Service from MYR 700, and the Comprehensive Programme from MYR 2,150. Actual costs depend on the calibre and any parts required, which are confirmed after the intake assessment.
Is my watch insured while in your care?
Watches in our workshop are held with appropriate care and stored securely. We recommend discussing coverage particulars at intake, especially for high-value pieces. Our process documentation also supports any insurance-related queries you may have.
