How every service begins
Intake examination
Rate, amplitude, beat error, and owner observations are documented in writing.
Service execution
Work proceeds according to the agreed programme, with decisions confirmed at key points.
Regulation & observation
Multi-position timing regulation followed by a multi-day rate observation period.
Collection & documentation
Watch returned with a written record of work completed and final rate data.
Service & Regulation Programme
A structured service pathway for mechanical and automatic calibres, focusing on careful restoration of timing performance through full disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and regulation. The work begins with a documented intake examination noting current rate, amplitude, beat error, and owner-noted observations.
The movement is fully disassembled, with each component cleaned through staged ultrasonic processes using horological-grade solvents, inspected under magnification, and renewed where wear has progressed beyond operating tolerance. A multi-day rate observation precedes return.
- Full disassembly and component-level inspection
- Staged ultrasonic cleaning with horological solvents
- Calibre-matched lubrication at reassembly
- Multi-position regulation on professional timing equipment
- Multi-day rate observation before collection
Bracelet Service
A focused service for steel, gold, and bi-metal bracelets where wear has accumulated through years of use — stretched links, worn clasp mechanisms, and surface marks across brushed and polished zones. The work begins with assessment of clasp tension, link articulation, and pin condition.
Stretched links may be tightened or replaced based on the owner's preference. Clasp springs and folding mechanisms are serviced or replaced as needed. Refinishing follows the original geometry of the bracelet. Pin and tube assemblies are renewed during reassembly. Particularly suited for daily-worn watches where the bracelet has begun to feel less precise than when new.
- Clasp tension and articulation assessment
- Link tightening or replacement as preferred
- Clasp spring and mechanism servicing
- Refinishing respecting original surface geometry
- Pin and tube assembly renewal
Comprehensive Service Programme
An extended programme combining full movement service with attention to the case, bracelet or strap, dial, hands, and sealing system — designed for watches due for deeper care or recently acquired without service documentation.
The programme begins with consultation to understand the owner's intentions, particularly with respect to refinishing versus conservation of vintage surfaces. Each element of the work is documented photographically, and key decisions are confirmed with the owner before execution. Components requiring replacement are sourced through manufacturer channels where available. Timelines typically span eight to twelve weeks depending on calibre and parts.
- Full movement service (as in the Regulation Programme)
- Case and bracelet attention with owner-confirmed finish decisions
- Dial, hands, and crown inspection
- Water resistance sealing system check and replacement
- Photographic documentation at key stages
- Manufacturer-sourced parts where accessible

Best for
Service & Regulation
Watches whose movement timing has drifted or which haven't been serviced in several years — case and bracelet still in good condition.
Best for
Bracelet Service
Daily wearers with a stretched or worn bracelet — movement functioning well, but the bracelet no longer feels as it should.
Best for
Comprehensive
Watches acquired without service history, or those due for thorough attention across movement, case, and bracelet after extended wear.
Protocols applied across all services
Secure handling
Every watch is logged at intake and stored securely. Handling is restricted to the assigned technician throughout the service period.
Calibre-matched chemistry
Cleaning solvents and lubricants are selected based on calibre composition. No single generic product is applied across different alloy types.
Owner communication
Updates at key decision points. No unexpected charges. All costs outside the base service are discussed and approved in advance.
Multi-day rate testing
Regulation is followed by an observation period of several days on timing equipment. Rate consistency — not just a single reading — is required before the watch is considered complete.
Genuine parts priority
Where parts are required, manufacturer supply channels are consulted first. Aftermarket alternatives are only used with explicit owner agreement.
Written service record
A written summary of work completed, parts used, and final rate readings accompanies every watch at collection — useful for future service reference.
